Support Groups for Caregivers of Individuals with Alzheimer’s and Dementia

All support groups are FREE and open to the community.

I didn’t realize how much I needed this until I walked into my first meeting. For the first time, I was in a room where people understood exactly what I was going through.

Caring for someone with memory loss can feel overwhelming. You don’t have to do it alone. Our support groups provide a welcoming space to connect with others who understand what you are experiencing, learn practical strategies, and access helpful resources.

What to Expect

Participants can expect to:

Talk through real challenges you are facing in a supportive environment
Learn practical strategies for caregiving and self-care
Connect with others who understand your experience
Receive guidance and referrals to helpful local resources

Groups are facilitated by trained professionals with experience in dementia care.

Who Should Attend

New attendees are always welcome. You are free to simply listen, and there is no pressure to speak or share.

There is no cost and no RSVP required. Simply attend the group that works best for you. If you have questions or would like help choosing a group, please contact us:
