Helping caregivers sustain healthy lives while caring for loved ones through peer support and expert guidance. Our professionally facilitated support groups provide a safe space to share experiences, learn coping strategies, and connect with others who understand your journey. There is no need to RSVP for your intended group at this time.

Morning Group

Luncheon Support Group

St. Paul’s United Methodist Church, 1700 N Meridian Road, Tallahassee (Parlor Room)
The 1st and 3rd Tuesday of Each Month
11:30am-1pm

Evening Groups

Mindful Moments – An Early-Stage Support Group
