Parrothead Phrenzy in Support of the Alzheimer’s Project
The 15th annual concert benefit for Alzheimer’s Project is just around the corner on Saturday, August 17th. This post gives some tips on the Phrenzy, especially if it is your first time!
Tharrrrrr’ be a dress code! No, not a fancy one…dress tropical! Dress for a day on the beach, a night at the pier or…as a PIRATE! Yes, there will be a costume contest for pirates, pirate wenches and the best tropical outfit. And wear your dancin’ shoes!
The bar at The Moon takes cash and credit cards. The silent auction will take cash, credit cards and checks. Just wait until you see the Seaside Silent Auction – you will love it! It is also advisable to have cash for the bucket raffle and the Wine Toss. There is an ATM on-site.
Do NOT come early! The doors open at exactly 6:30pm sharp. If you are raring to go…visit Cabo’s next door. Mike will give you a free drink if you have your Phrenzy ticket in hand!
We will have plenty of grub available in the Silver Lounge, just to the right of the entrance. There will be Margaritaville shrimp and rice, pork sliders from Texas Roadhouse, Corner Pocket wings, coleslaw from Island Wings, beans from Bless Your Heart BBQ, salad from Hobbit American Grill and much more.
