Powerful Tools for Caregivers is an educational program designed to help care-partners take care of themselves so that they may take better care of their friend or relative. This class takes place once a week, for six weeks, and is open to care-partners of someone with any chronic condition. We are pleased to offer this course virtually, as well as in person.

Project Connect – An Early Stage Group
Early-stage support groups, conducted by trained facilitators, are a safe place for people living with dementia and their care partners to:
*Develop a support system
*Exchange practical information on challenges and possible solutions
*Talk through issues and ways of coping
*Share feelings, needs, and concerns
*Learn about community resources
Who is a Care Partner?
Care Partners can be anyone! Care Partners come in all shapes and sizes. Whether you are a friend checking in on your loved one a few times a week, a relative that is a live-in caregiver, or a paid caregiver providing assistance to many, the Powerful Tools for Caregivers course can help you build the important skills necessary for assisting a person with a chronic condition.
