Join us for this family-friendly event! We will be at the Suwanee St side of Cascades Park near the Korean War Memorial. We will have music, food trucks, and a fantastic park to explore! Most of all, it is for a good cause that helps our friends and neighbors in Tallahassee!
2024 Forget Me Not Walk
The Alzheimer’s Project is a local organization providing services to caregivers of those living with dementia or Alzheimer’s Disease and to their loved ones. Services include caregiver support groups, facility-based respite or “social clubs,” education and training, and other helpful services. Alzheimer’s Project then serves the Big Bend area.
The organization’s goal is to keep caregivers healthier, both physically and emotionally, to prolong caregivers’ abilities, and to provide a respectful and dignified quality of life for those living with the disease.
The Forget-Me-Not Walk and Cliff Hinkle Round to Remember are ways to honor caregivers and those currently living with the disease and to celebrate the memory of those who have gone before us.
