Party with a Purpose at the Phrenzy Tallahassee Parrothead Club

The 16^th Annual Parrothead Phrenzy is less than two weeks away – and the Tallahassee Parrothead Club is ready to Party for the Project!!

The Parrothead Phrenzy is a benefit concert on Saturday, August 13th at The Moon.

This Jimmy Buffett Tribute concert features Jason Webb & the Caribbean Chillers, costume contests, games & more! We hope you can be there and if you cannot, there are other ways you can support Alzheimer’s Project through the Phrenzy event.

All proceeds after costs benefit Alzheimer’s Project, Inc.

Read below for tips about attending this years Phrenzy…

Doors open 6:30pm sharp and tickets are $35, which includes a dinner buffet. The buffet starts right at 6:30pm and continues until the food runs out, usually about 8ish. (Important reminder – The only people who get in early are signed up event volunteers and food deliverers.)

PHRENZY TICKETS ARE NOW AVAILABLE

Go to tallahasseeparrotheadclub.com, scroll down on the home page and click Tickets on Sale Now. Tickets are also available from club members, at the Phrenzy Kick-Off Party, and at Alzheimer’s Project at 301 E. Tharpe St during business hours. The Project also has our beautiful posters available to share.

Tharrrr be a dress code…

Come as you are on a balmy beach night, shorts & flip flops or a tropical dress. OR go really crazy and enter the costume contests! There will be one for best Pirate, best Pirate Wench and best Tropical Costume. Bring a little cash for the Wino & I Know Wine Toss and any other games that pop up. The silent auction will take checks, cash or cards.

*** We would love for Alzheimer’s Project board members and all friends of the Project to attend the PHRENZY KICKOFF PARTY on Friday, August 5^th at House of Music on S. Monroe, 6-8:30pm. Music from Bob & Dallas, dancing, and drink specials. The Trop-Rock Taco Bar will be open. Regular happy hour attire. The Kickoff Party is an opportunity for members and sponsors to rally for our Phrenzy charity, Alzheimer’s Project. ***

It is not too late to join the PHRENZY ONLINE AUCTION at charityauction.bid/PHRENZY2022. This auction has 28 items! You can also donate any cash amount if you do not want to bid or cannot attend the Phrenzy. (Note – Straight donations are taken on the bottom of the HOME page.) SPREAD THE WORD -tell your friends about this auction please. AUCTION ENDS SOON: Tuesday, August 2^nd at 7pm, cash donations will continue until August 20^th.

Volunteer at the Phrenzy

Would you like to volunteer at the event? We need volunteers to work at the entry table, silent auction and food buffet. Times may vary but are basically 5:30-10. (If you can only volunteer a few hours, we can make that work.) Volunteers can be 15+ and can receive a certificate for school credit. To volunteer, email MGray117@aol.com.
